Our house was built in the 17th century and enlarged in two stages in the 19th century, it was then the largest farm in the village of Avremesnil, with its brick walls, its exposed beams and its slate roof. Since 2004 we have completely renovated the interior, notably by creating a 50 m2 dining room with insert and wood available, a magnificent Normandy-style kitchen with an old bread oven, a table football / TV lounge, and a dining room. billiards. The 5 spacious bedrooms will offer you 11 beds (1 180 cm bed, 3 160 cm beds and 3 90 cm beds) supplemented by 2 bathrooms. The house is decorated in a spirit combining tradition and modernity.

Around the residence, on more than 10,000 m2, you will enjoy a vast playground to collective games, close to a park with trees of various species (apple and pear trees, araucaria, maples, plum trees, mulberries as well as 3 majestic walnut trees….) In front of the house, a green space facing south, protected from the wind by wooded areas, awaits you for your meals (and barbecues) in the open air; it is located opposite the old stables and close to an imposing barnwhich was mainly used for storing flax. Children and young people will thus have the space to enjoy Normandy nature, in completesafety and without any vis-à-vis.
